Reverse stock splits are very normal for startups like fcc. I'm not disappointed in it either quite the opposite. I do wish it was a bit more aggressive than the 7-1 mentioned I would have preferred it was closer to 10-1.

if the split is timed just prior to a listing on a real exchange and the startup of operations it would be  a pretty insane attempt to short the stock. In reverse splits that is usually the concern. But fcc is  in a different industry. One that may be declared a national security concern because of eastern tensions. 

all I can say is that when fcc does reverse split. It will be one heck of a deal should the typical bad actors decide to short.
