So much emphasis has been placed on "packaging" this company and brand...time long past to concentrate on what's inside. I come from a natural resource sustainability professional background. I've always counseled for authenticity and substance while branding. Packaging is important, but ultimately, what matters most is a strong, reliable, deliverable product that the market demand supports !
