Alternate Symbol(s):  ELBM

RE:RE:RE:RE:PP at $1.10 & Options at $1.74

RE:RE:RE:RE:PP at $1.10 & Options at $1.74OldGuard,
                    In response to your summary
"They just doubled the number of shares and destroyed half the value of the shares we own" ... I emphatically disagree. Please consider the following observations:
  •  If all of the warrants are converted to shares at the specified $1.74, then the Electra Treasury would have inflow of approx. $54.6 million which adds "significant enterprise value".
  • A "future" operating Cobalt processing plant, with solid operating Cash Flow is why many investors have been attracted to ELBM, and in spite of the well known disappointments on the timing of plant commissioning, this Funding is a critical element in facilitating eventual start-up, which will, when it happens, improve Enterprise value and I expect Market value.
  • The proven (piloted) Black Mass process, requires a new plant to be built which obviously needs funding.
  • Summary: In early-stage enterprises one should never equate "current" Market Value with "potential enterprise value", it is simply the price of "getting-in" or  "getting out" since the marketplace operates through buyers and sellers who, for numerous reasons, have close to diametrically opposed views.
Peace,
ElJ
