RE:ELBM I didn't say I know such a thing. Maybe they did buy low and if they did, would it not be to their advantage to now stay quiet with the pessimism or pump the price up, unless they want more for cheap? I regret not buying at 0.60 but am in too deep already and hindsight is 20/20 as who knew where the bottom would be, the way the price kept dropping.
Interesting question you posed though, as anything is possible.
