RE:RE:Train left the stationWhat price to pre-pay for transport on a "train" that left the station and will never arrive at the destination? To further the metaphor...what risk (or cost) remains for the probability that the tracks will ever be completed with this work crew? "Track record" has not been reassuring. Longs have been taken for a ride.
