ELBMFirst,somebody has to send them a cheque for $60m (or do they need more money after they have spent it /) then they have to build ,which takes another year............time is of the essence.
looks like nobody is willing to do so,for how long management is talking about it (the money),now almost a year ?
the demonstration plant is idle and I guess not everything ran smoothly...
