I thot ELBM/FCC was $60M away form even completing the facility?

So tell us again why any of this bodes well for ELBM, who has a DRC supply agreement but no where to process it?

And when/if they do get funded, what will that look like? Does Glencore steal the facility for nothing, then finish it themselves?
