Good morning all. I get the idea, and I admit to being there too, that we all want things to move a little faster than what they are. But there is a clear reason why we have been noticing the stock sitting idle. Corporate investors, and they are really the big dogs here, have to do their due diligence when investing in FCC. They need concrete evidence that the financing is secure and that construction will start before investing. Once they have that, the stock will roar. Their hands are tied, so we must wait until Trent announces financing complete and construction begins. We got this thing - if if you have been here for 3 years or 3 days. Just saying - everybody has to do their due diligence and that most certainly includes all corporate investors. You have nothing to lose if you wait. Best wishes everybody.

Agree goatburner... can't wait for them to lock the financing I think that would derisk this significantly more as then it is all about timing. When was the last time you swung by the refinery?  Any changes or movement there yet?  Probably not but thought I'd ask... will probably kick into high gear post financing.

Great post Mazz45. We see vehicles there now that there hasn't been in a very long time. You are correct - construction will not begin before financing. But there is activity there - company trucks and stuff - and one can easily assume for a pre-construction. We have to wait patiently for for financing confirmation. It won't be long- but all parties must do due diligence including
