Maybe FCC can still partner with Bombardier for electric skidoo batteries, if enough snow is still left on the ground with global warming?   On a serious note, the article says that the factory will be in North America, with the location test to be announced. Canada s in North America. Also, the article says the factory will process Cathode Active Material, so regardless of its location in ...more

FCC's little refinery/battery maker out in the middle of nowhere is starting to look exactly like what it is. It's nothing for automakers to build far more technologically advanced facilities to make their own batteries.
