Looking at the year chart, next resistance is at .29, then the next resistance down is at .215. Then at .14.

I think what you're refering to is support. As far as the stock price, for the people that keep nagging about FCC not moving, If youve done your research then you know that PAYtience is key. Cobalt sector is just starting to get hot again.. GLTA
