This is an interview with Electric Royalties' CEO, Brendan Yurik. Electric Royalties (TSX-V: ELEC) is a royalty company with 22 assets, spread across 9 metals, and focused in North America, Australia, and Europe. The company has royalties on 2 producing assets; 1 zinc mine in Tennessee, USA, and 1 tin mine in Spain. Other than those two, there are three graphite royalties, seven lithium royalties, two copper royalties, a nickel-copper royalty, a nickel stand-alone royalty, two manganese royalties, a vanadium royalty, two cobalt royalties, and a tin-silver royalty. About sixty percent of these royalties are on projects that are in the exploration stage, 5 in total are at the PEA stage, 2 are at the engineering studies stage, and 2 are producing. About 70% of all the royalties are in the US and Canada (a total of 15), about 20% (or 4 royalties) are in Australia, 2 are in Europe (Spain & Norway), and one is in Madagascar. Electric Royalties expects to generate about $1M in revenue this year, and they expect to be cash-flow positive within 12 months, Brendan told me.
