.....I watched that clip last night....super impressed!  Mr Theron gives an outstanding presentation while actually standing at the rock face (above ground to boot) and clearly and consicely explains the different layers which are highly visible to even a casual observer.  He chips out a piece and breaks it open to further explain the colors and quality of the manganese inside.
