It sounds a lot like pledging to a fraternity or sorority! Once you are in, you are in! (until you aren't) LOL!! As far as highlight goes Bosslady...just look to the far right of the format bar above the text box...highlight the text you want to highlight and then pick your colour from the dropdown box.
