This means an expedited resolution to Azn because Grupo attempted to stop the Admin Court review and failed. That's the importance and implications of the news on Thursday out of Spain. Admin court will proceed and act on the multiple disqualifing items in Grupos tender long before separate criminal court sentences those 16 criminals.

The criminal trial could take a while but the administrative court has already announced, per the early October news release, they can rule on AZN and could give emotf AZN before any ruling of the criminal trial. That's what is important. We don't have to wait for a final ruling in the criminal case in order to get AZN. That is one of the reasons the stick has been doing well. Gower
