I can't help but notice the stock's climb since they announced the NCIB.
I also have to notice that they have not purchased any shares as far I can see .

Lol! I do find an ncib to be more of a tool to try and turn the markets attention to perceived undervaluation more than a real plan of action with many small caps. I've seen 3 ncib's announced in the last year and very little actual follow through.
