Benedictus, I do agree with you abou tthe litigation - if they are not assertive with litigation  the company has little value. The IP is the value of this unique  company . If everybody can do what Enwave can do , what's the point?

I viewed the comment about the normal issuer bid as we will use it if all else fails to raise the value of the company.

"If our marketing efforts in the capital markets combined with much improved financial and commercialization progress don’t stimulate market capitalization improvement and a fair value from the perspective of the EnWave’s executive management and Board, we will consider using our NCIB to purchase back large amounts of stock."

To my ears , this sounds like we don't really want to use it because we have better uses , many outlined in the call, for the money.

prophet, you make a good point about the Dole partnership and the due diligence a company like that would do to explore all available options in this space. This partnership and the early excitement about where it could lead speaks to the fact that this technology is not being displaced by other competitng technologies or available options. Possibleidiot,  yes agreed the NCIB will be more of a last resort to purchase unrecognized value if/when that might occur once they've reengaged the investor community and continue proving out future successes. But it's a good back pocket option.
