I dont know where you are getting your info... First they have been battling with the NMOCD for years...getting 6 month agreemants at a time. This agreement expires in November 2012. Can t drill  or permit a disposal well unless compliant. Hello, read the last release, rig was released last week. Clueless!!! Hey the good news is the second well is online...numbers to be released soon. Waiting
