I was in on this for a bit. Sold yesterday after I didn't feel great about not being able to contact the company. 

I couldn't  find an active website. Might just be that I'm too dumb. 

If someone could find out more than I was able to, I might just jump back in.

You have to poke abit, and remember that when the last report was issued we were EPO.H, You might have to juggle the inclusion or lack of the H. Reading the PEA , and it becomes apparent our value in 2017 was $1.1 Billion when potash was slightly over 300t. Potash is selling for over $800t, suggesting PV of almost $3Billion. The one thing we don't know yet is whether they still have their agreement with Muskowean First Nations. They made comments that they were working on a resolution ( after they aprted ways with Horgen Holdings ) but we don't have a reconvermation as yet.  I expect we will learn more fromtheir upcoming April 26 meeting. Personally, with potash prices the way they are I hope good news

Reading the MD and A, there are a number of potential "what if" scenarios outlined, however nowhere is there any mention that the Agreement with the Muskowekwan First Nations is lacking any validity. Agree....I made my last comments not being aware of the new SEDAR info documents. Good to see Retired Chief Bellrose being nominated as a Director on the Board. After reading the documents I think the MFN agreement must still be good.

What I was referring to was in the March 11,2022 Material change document that said "The Company's Joint Venture Agreement with Muskowekan Resources Limited is in default and the parties are negotiating a resolution. There is no assurance that a resolution will be attained. And even if a resolution is attained there is no assurance that the terms will be favorable for Encanto and its
