RE:RE:I guessSince the libs started their latest run (remember JT "sunny days, sunny days" pitch), the terrible investment climate has continued, and only become worse. Major investors (think funds like Blackrock) have stopped any major investment in Canada regardless of how good the company looks, due to the poor investment climate. I haven't seen any 'flight of capital' statistics from Canada recently, but know the trend was terrible a few years back. The investment climate has only become worse with the latest capital gains provisions in this budget. The problem is, the folks that understand this problem are the minority now. The majority are the young folks who have had a taste of free money like CERB who paid 15 yr olds that are now eligible to vote. Largest pay it forward scheme in the govt's history. Any LIBS left out there are either very quiet, or completely ignorant, or just plain socialist and don't give a rats a$$ about investment because they don't understand it. Govt is like "kids with a book of matches"
I'll get off my soap box now, but truly believe every word of the above. Gotta get rid of JT and gang!!!
