I suspect there is go forward risk to E3 but given the Liberals are overdue to be removed, it will likely be a more favorable environment to do business. I suspect there will be little money to go around though from the Fed's as they are due to layoff thousands of public workers.
I hate to say it, but Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan are likely better off leaving Canada. We could get E3 up and going much faster and cheaper I bet.
