There has been a fair bit of sparks flying over this PP, myself included at first. I've read some good perspectives on it, however, and all is not lost, not by a long shot.  Apparently this capital was raised as a precaution, as the company is expecting some headwinds in the economy over the next year or so, capital may be hard to come by. The focus remains on getting the pilot plant completed and running on schedule, and remains fully funded at this time. The extra capital will provide a buffer to ensure the project stays on track. Doornbos knows there is a window of opportunity with respect to MOUs and other agreements, and any delay is unacceptable. Most of us here are long, so this should be just a matter of one step back in order to get a better running start.

Chris and team droned on and on about the mutitidue of NON DILUTIVE financing options avilable to them. And then they go and do this deal at 17% LOWER THAN MARKET PRICE. They had $17mil in cash in the till and did not need to do this at this time.  Look at their cash burn. It's plain and simple, greed.  Willing to do the unethical for personal profit.  This isn't the first time and won't be the last.  They tarnish all the people working with them.

Agree with both Fats and Vac. It leaves a bad taste because there is no plausible reason for doing what they did at this point in time. It wan't ncessary and I know I keep saying this but this is a Major Development going forward and a few M Bucks still remains chump change. Arvid, I can understand why longs (like me) that have been here awhile are venting. It's really only the first 'mis-step' for E3 after years of plowing ahead with their plan and all the while saying they were well funded.
