Personally I feel that Management is taking advantage in this situation.  If the comany succeeds with sales and by next December they get the stock price back up a little with some sales, that $550,000 can be cashed out to 9,166,667 shares which if sold on the public market at: 50 cents would be worth $4.6 Million dollars. 40 cents would be worth $3.7 Million dollars 30 cents would be worth
