RE:RE:Mel R gets 10% interest & lucrative warrants for $200k loan!Derek....my brother!

You are argueably the single largest shareholder of EVE that is not an INSIDER. As you are well aware, I owned 2,400,000 EVE until about a year ago when I realized it was time to exit EVE.

I have always wished for your success and good health...and enjoyed your deep insight into EVE.

Your message below is SO DARN intelligent and insightful.

EVE is much too OPAQUE and badly managed. EVE does not answer to its retail shareholders.

EVE's CEO has only her own interest at heart or she would offer the same 10% interest and lucrative warrants to all shareholders who might loan EVE the money it needs.

But of course, SHE HAS NOT.

50 cents would be worth $4.6 Million dollars.
40 cents would be worth $3.7 Million dollars
30 cents would be worth $2.8 Million dollars
20 cents would be worth $1.8 Million dollars
10 cents would be worth $0.9 Million dollars
05 cents would be worth $0.45 Million dollars

Plus there is 10% Annual Interest.  There is basically no risk here by management. But WAIT

They also get 4,581,500 dirt cheap 6 cents warrants.  So again if the company does even half decent they can exercise these dirt cheap warrants for half a million dollars and sell them for the sames amounts listed above.  They can make 18 times their investment by bringing this back to a 130 million dollar market cap company.

The companies performance has been decimal up to this point, and Management has rewarded themselves with this sweetheart deal, it's not right and is not what I would of expected from this Managment team.  The company is barely holding on here and Management is still treating it like a cash cow....it's not right guys.  And for the record I have not sold any shares, but I agree with Bob on this one.  Just like a bad girlfriend, Eve has let me down again.
