Sounds fishy cause RBC will most likely get 20% of their money back on a bankruptcy but these new investors may stick around cause they are also secured and take control of the company and greenhouses.  That may be their plan to scam all the shareholders and RBC ......

I hope they do something. I reported LDS ( now COOL ) on about a dozen violations and other issues that needed investigation. The CSE did absolutely squat and actually wanted me to find more evidence on top of the hard clear evidence I already gave them. I had no losses in LDS.  I actually made money and it was a lot in LDS.  One of a few who did.  I was just doing it for the ...more

Bobbie Head I didn't report LDS to the CSE however I posted some very extensive DD on them, from management, past failed bankrupt endevours, street views of registered offices, securities fraud news links, etc etc.  All I got was someone reaching out to threaten me with legal action to take everything I owned for defamation of character and also lost my original stockhouse handle for ...more

Derek, I did the same on LDS but never threatened officially from Brad or anyone from LDS.  You're right , EVE is nothing like LDS, I was just saying.  The only time I was threatened was when I exposed a company on the OTC 20 years ago.  Previous scams certain individuals in the company did before and the same lawyers in those previous companies.  I also dig deeper and it ...more

Derek , I had a credible source inbox me about certain individuals in the mafia taking an interest in me. I knew it was credible because I never mentioned the mafia connection at that point yet.  I was still doing my investigation on that issue. Everything that person said was something that I was looking into already.

KV, EVE has likely been burning over $1,000,000 per month...just like in Q3. The first $500,000 has been received and likely spent already on wages and some trades they need and heat/hydro. Odds are it won't make it to end of Q1/21....or sooner.

Bob, obviously the lenders are convinced they will make it to the end of Q1 2021 or they wouldn't have lent them the money. I expect an equity raise will also happen, that's why they consolidated.

Bob, I have no idea who the lenders are. I haven't been a shareholder in EVE for close to a year. It's a good sign that someone was willing to lend them money as there is obviously a fair bit of risk here.
