I can understand how you might be concerned about a dividend cut, as no shareholder likes that. However, can you at least post the reasoning behind why you believe a dividend cut to be pending ? While I would agree that LND has been subject to controversy, the balance sheet of LND would suggest that the dividend is safe for a while yet. Using the roughly 40,000,000 diluted shares outstanding with a $0.022 per share dividend suggests that their annual burn rate on the dividend is $880,000 on an annual basis. With $7.5 MM cash on the balance sheet, this implies that the dividend is safe, unless they happen to blow all their cash in the next few months.
