Industrial Alliance Is likely Roche Bay PLC? Either way, they are Royalty holders selling some of their stake right now. The stake is huge, and they have shareholders to appease. It's at or below their current average cost I am certain. I would like to know who is buying is all, it isn't a retailer holder(s). I see this as bullish no matter how you slice it. Patience is required though, could be a while before they go to production or sell the massive/near pure resource. Management team in place to get this finalized.
