RE:RE:RE:Upcoming PEA!

RE:RE:RE:Upcoming PEA!PEA- I would not take this type of 43-101 overly seriously. PEA is allowed to include inferred resources unlike PFS or FS

PEA- Cannot establish 2P reserves being the conversion of measured and indicated resources to proven and probable reserves

PEA- In some respects, these can be marketing tools and does not mean a particular company will ever have a producing mine.

PFS and FS- Much more detailed and expensive and converts resources to "reserves". Establishes the economic viability of resources.

NPV- Whatever this number is, some retail think this is what the fair value of the company is. IT iS NOT. NPV of a project is not the FV of a company. Roughly take this number and multiply by 25% for what a buyer today would pay for such a project. The percentage can vary depending on the market conditions, quality of a project, jurisdication, type of resource etc. etc., but rough rule of thumb.

I am invested since I hope they can increase the resource and tonnage here and not because of any PEA.
