Upcoming PEA!

The upcoming PEA will reveal that FL NPV will around 5B$........

Is that a pre-tax or after-tax NPV? In the PEA, the pre-tax NPV was $1.6 billion while the after-tax NPV was $974 million.

After tax.......in regards to current Li price and Ressource.....in 2021 it was based on 20 Mt of ressource and 13 500$ US per ton.... At the moment we've got 58Mt.......and Li price as soared.... Cheers...

Here's my calculation : Li present price : 60 000$ US per ton Ressource : 58 Mt Based on 15 000$ US per ton  x 58 Mt = 8,7 B$ pre tax...

or 5 B$ (very conservative) afer tax - or 22$ per share :)

When the PEA was released (April 5, 2021) shares were trading at about an 85% discount to the per share NPV value.  Per share NPV was $5.67 while the shares were trading at $0.90/share.  If we apply that discount to a $5 billion NPV using current share count (213.1 million) you get an implied value for a share of $3.49.  However, I would think that as the project gets further along ...more

Sorry, my historical reference was referring to the PFS release in April 2021, not the PEA which is forthcoming in the next few months.

What was done in April 2021 is the PEA..... Frontier Lithium Inc. (Frontier) retained BBA E&C Inc. (BBA) to prepare Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) in accordance with National Instrument 43 101 (NI 43-101) for the company’s PAK Lithium project, located in northwestern Ontario, Canada. The PEA encompasses both the PAK and Spark deposits in a fully integrated mining scenario from mining ...more

Out to lunch! No way that can be the NPV for PFS, maybe DFS but definitely not the PFS. PFS at best double of PEA NPV.
Comment by DoggerJT on Mar 01, 2023 5:10pm
Now I'm curious... are the calculations for PEA, PFS, and DFS different? I'm wondering because I can't see anyone using $13,500 USD per tonne for LiOH given the market trend... I had kind of expected a double on that piece but would like to hear why that wouldn't be considered. How about $20,000 USD per tonne, meaning an increase of only 48% Add to that the fact that the tonnage ...more

May l suggest that we let the experts do the calculations as many things must be taken into consideration to eventionaly give us the right value that will be very high for sure.
Comment by FreshWaterWhale on Mar 01, 2023 6:35pm
I'm about as bullish as they come on this project and it's spectacular potential. I'm in 100% agreement with letting the experts determine the value. I'm certainly no expert but I think some are getting confused with tonnage, grade, spod 6% and LiOH. Patience here will be rewarded handsomely. The pre body is staggeringly large and much of it begins right at or very close to surface ...more

PEA- I would not take this type of 43-101 overly seriously. PEA is allowed to include inferred resources unlike PFS or FS  PEA- Cannot establish 2P reserves being the conversion of measured and indicated resources to proven and probable reserves  PEA- In some respects, these can be marketing tools and does not mean a particular company will ever have a producing mine.   PFS ...more
