Its projects are Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca projects. Lac Knife project is a high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, approximately 27 kilometers (km) south of Fermont. The property consists of approximately 57 mining claims covering 29,863 hectares. Lac Tetepisca project comprises two properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. These properties are located in the Southwest Manicouagan reservoir area of the Cote-Nord region of Quebec, approximately 234 km north-northwest of the city of Baie-Comeau, an industrial city located where the Manicouagan River intersects the north shore of St. Lawrence River in the Cote-Nord, Quebec. Its properties form a block of approximately 115 claims, covering 6,000 hectares within the Manicouagan-Ouest Graphitic Corridor.

So you attack me for a simple question to you about revenues that a company that a company may have in both Canada and USA and my question again is simple.  Form D would be used from a company to inform the IRS in the United States.  Does a company in Canada require to put revenues that occure in Canada on that form D.  Simple.   Don't attack me, honestly I was looking for that reponse.

It seems to me that you keep on refering to a document that occured in July of this year and it seems that you continue to use old material and you prefer not to look at recent data.  To me you have an agenda..... to slam a company that has a stock price of .10 cents a share.  to bad for you
