RE:RE:Class ActionLook for example at management at Northern Graphite:
Effective July 1, 2020, due to uncertainties with respect to the economy and financial and graphite markets, including the unknown long-term effects of COVID-19, the Company's Board of Directors has deferred receiving directors’ fees and the CEO has deferred taking $120,000 of his annual salary until conditions improve.
Can you compare that level of honesty and commitment with Mr Economo and FMS's management?
The graphite scetor has been weak but do not think for a minute that all of the -99.9% stock performance is due to that. Actually all other graphite companies have performed much better in terms of stock price and financials.
I believe he is liable. Once only needs to check and review the financial statements and the large conflict of interests with the payments to his own companies. A company with no revenues paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to a private jet company owned by management. What a joke.
