Ceo I know it’s hard for some to let go of the past clearly it’s to hard. Gary retired or was shown the door. Does it really matter which one. Either way he has been replaced that is what matters. FMS has a new ceo. They are shedding non core assets based on the recent press releases. They are reducing debt based on their financials. They have several good options going forward. Their ownership percentage in grafoid is the crown jewel. Lac knife possesses long term value. We are all waiting to see what they will do. They are in a better position than many other graphite company’s in NA. Do not focus on the share price today. Focus on their assets and value drivers. It’s the new ceo’s job to unlock value. Gary has been gone for two months. It’s time to move on.

Gary was not the perfect leader. Let's all get it off our chests. He made more than a few questionable decisions. They were all highlight here ad nauseam for years yet we all voted him in over and over again. It's time to move on and FOCUS on the future.
