Smith “Being investigated “ ??? By who? Certainly not by anyone in any form of authority. I’d liken this “statement” more to a bully yelling in an attempt to intimidate and appease their own over inflated ego. But I will wager regulators have had more than one investigatory discussion about smiths sore loser accusers for trying to pull a fast one. Kind of like putting Capone away for taxes. Who cares how the regulators killed the big theft, as long as they did it. Now, eventually, at the speed of government, interpretation bulletins or other forms of clarification will stop this from being attempted by anyone else. Hopefully.
