RE:RE:RE:RE:AuditorsIt is always good to look at as many possibilities or potential outcomes. 
Comments are  suppositions based on past actions by the company like postponing the AGM for Covid reasons when a majority were holding zoom AGM's. IF they are using the auditor delay in a similar way, imo, it would be, on the surface all above board but potentially a disaster below deck. In other words, backfire in a big way, and at shareholders expense.

Perhaps this, maybe that...the idea of launching an investigation by shareholders at some point could be a good idea or not. Don't know, depends what they have done or are doing.

I agree it is ineffective to chase the regulators at this point as the company is following set rules.  Fancamp may be "diligently" working on solving the problem but why is it there in the first place?


The time limit is a good question and like your pencil, eraser and sharpener example!!
