who would invest at this point unless there is some  way to flip the shares and make a quick buck. Only Rob knows what's really possible for Fobi in the near term...and even as CEO I question ...more

Issuing 28m shares + 28m warrants = 56m shares on an outstanding share count of 176m = 24% dilution ... .. for a measly $2m. This company is TOAST. A square of toilet paper will soon be worth more ...more
