- He has participated on all previous PP regardless of the price
- The price of this offering together with the price of the warrants is very low and has the potential for a big reward regardless of all the gloom and doom predictions
- He has inside knowledge of potentital deals in the pipeline and is confident in fobi's future
etc.
Based on the above, I see Rob getting at least 20% (400k) of the offering and would not be surprised if he bought a lot more than this.
