I have no idea why FOBI is zoooming up today other than shortsellers are out Christmas shopping today.  There are NO buys this after noon of more than 10,000 shares / per.most are less than 7,000.
Mogan Stanley is the bank with most buys

Or maybe Filoux is loading up today rather than waiting for .12 cents where his million share bid is
