ICEBERG offer...Rob addressed a question from the floor that asked about the Institutional shorter that placed an OFFER @1.40 at 7AM ( 180,000 shares ) Rob noted that this is illegal; to offer that far below the last BID. will draw it to the attention of the Regulators. Although I cannot hope they will do anything-- they are very weak.
We will never know for sure, but I will guess that the company that employs SEELOW is the culprit.
Seelow was on this Board only minutes after the offer popped up and was not surprised. Rob suggested that the company in question cannot and will not succeed. There is too much good news in the shortterm pipeline. He said at least twice that the stock is FAR undervalued here and has bought many tens of thousands of shares in recent weeks.
