RE:Upsized Over demand PP a very good sign.How is it good? They're just diluting more and measly share price. Major dilition for relatively low amount of extra cash. Do the math on a square of toilet paper (fixed qty per pack). Now compare to a FOBI share (rapidly increasing share count). Wen buybacks?
