It will be interesting to see what comes out of this collaboration.  Will there be overlap in technologies so that they can both run independently if needed or will they rely on each other to fill the gaps going forward?   Is integration or independence the long term goal.  Maybe the synergies between these two parties might favour an outright takeover.  Just a thought
