What is the Catalina contract?

Does anyone has a link to the NR about Fobi signing a contract with Catalina?

The only reference I could find (besides Rob mentioning the contract multiple times) is that Catalina is a client of Passworks

The Passworks story is not very clear:

If Fobi did not close the transaction with Passwork, is there a contract with Catalina?

Rob has definitely confirmed that we have a signed agreement with Catalina. Catalina is another major global coupon player. They handle hundreds of millions of coupons per month.

I know that Rob has mentioned it and that Catalina is big but did Fobi ever announced an oficial agreement?.  Do you have a link to therelated NR?

Rob said in his recent update that we are working with Catalina on 8112 digital coupons. That's confirmed!

When the CEO of Fobi tells you that they got a deal with Catalina, but you don't believe it, then I would suggest that you not invest in Fobi. Imagine investing in a company where you don't trust the CEO?!?

Have you gone through all the NRs on the website? I recall seeing it about a year ago, but maybe I'm just remembering it from an interview. Pretty sure there was a NR.

Interesting. Searching Catalina in the PRs just gives the links to the Qples PRs and the 2022 year end. Think you're right: there was no "deal" with Catalina .. just accessing them through Qples contacts.

Zabber, I did go thru all the links...  To be honest I was more interested in Passworks and their wallet technology since Fobi bought it a while back (talks started on Dec 2021) but we are still talking about ongoing negotiations...  Looking at Passworks you see that Catalina is one of their main customers and since Fobi announced that they were buying Passworks Rob started mentioning

My interpretation of that is that Fobi owns Qples and so Qples's customers are now Fobi's customers. That includes Catalina.
