RE: Private Placement - 1st tranche (5.12 millionNice to see we have a little progress with the closing of a first tranche of the financing for a little more than half of the intended target. The second portion now needs to get filled in the next 2 weeks I hope. There are lots of orders on the sell side for what looks like people willing to sell around $.15 in order to buy back in at $.15 but get the attached warrant.
Yesterday there was a huge buy order at $.135. Whoever this is they are basically saying come on boys...you can sell but I want your shares cheap.
The sooner we can get the financing behind us the better as then and only then will we see the stock start to increase in value.
Keep the drill turning guys, find lots of gold....close the financing and then tell the world what you have found.
I can't wait for September.....tick, tick, tick.
