Day high... 4.5 cents. If First Star was looking to finance- a nickel is the minimum. Sure would be easier to fill the financing with the share price over a nickel.

P.S. Monarch Energy (v.MNL) is going to move soon. Currently 3 cents and the asks at 3 cents will all be bought very soon (only partially bought right now.) Insiders of v.MNL have been busy buying on the open market.
