Significant $300K investment (Insider)
I called the company to see how .......................... they were making out with the last tranche of the financing.
It appears that one investor is taking done the remainder of the financing and as a result had to fill out paperwork to become an insider.
Appears his money is already in and First Star is waiting on the exchange insider acceptance to be finalized and to close off the oversubscribed financing.
With the low float out on FS it doesn't take much to become an insider, a $300K investment, but sure is nice to see a large portion going to one investor who believes in the story enough to invest some hard dollars and becoming a insider as a result.
I asked what's next and was told the company is in meetings this week to lay out the strategy for the next several months. I got the impression that lots of news is in the pipeline.
