Biased ICSID Tribunal. Must Appeal Immediately

The ICSID Arbitration Tribunal consisted of three members:

Horacio A. GRIGERA NAN (Argentine) - Appointed by the Claimant(s) Voted for Gabriel

Zachary DOUGLAS (Australian) - Appointed by the Respondent(s) Voted Against

Pierre TERCIER (Swiss) - Appointed by the Secretary-General Voted Against

Pierre Tercier never should have been appointed as president of this tribunal. He is over 80 years old and has a long history of being very anti-corporate. I'm very curious to read his obviously biased reasoning for the ruling. Fairly strong chance GBU's annulment application will succeed.
