Why take the deal, ricardo135....if they are offering us 50 % of FF for GCU, you get an idea of what all the rest of their assets are worth..zilch...and they have almost no cash...we're getting ...more

First Mining is a shell company......almost empty of cash...

First Mining is running on fumes....only 3 million dollars net cash, and a few useless claims..their shares are nearly worthless....you have em, i don't want them...

We have sold 50% of GCU for $1.5 million !!!!!!!!!!

First Mining is a shell....has only 3 million dollars cash (net). I don't give a sh-t about Neumeyer's reputation....I'm NOT SELLING 1/2 of GCU for $ 1.5 million...our directors are nuts.

I have followed FF since the Coastal Gold take out. Neumeyer has been buying large chunks of shares constantly to maintain the price. With GCU management I see nothing but options grants ...more

when the stock they will receive is trading at .27 + a spinoff company for them. LOL Are they really that stupid?? They do realize who is behind FF.
