Very easy to answer : they simply don't work and their sales people must spend all their time on the golf course. I had people like that in my company and I fired them. It's difficult for GDNP to do that if management also spends too much time on the golf course. There is no reason why this company has failed especially when consumers are looking for environmentally friendly products. Shame on them !
