I was wrong.
I will point out though that the hold on the much smaller final tranche expires on Jan 31. That tranche is only 1,560,790 (but 346,500 were purchased by insiders - so unlikely to sell), whereas the first tranche was for 22,290,646, so I have to say I'm so far pleasantly surprised that the price has held, although I do have some stink bids for much lower prices - so I wouldn't complain if we saw some softness in the price before the end of the month.
