I Don't Quite Understand Why This Stock Languishes Like This

I Don't Quite Understand Why This Stock Languishes Like ThisI have held this stock since 2019...it went for a nice run in 2020, but has been languishing since.  All the financials released quarterly shows an ever increasing and consistent stream of revenue and sales.  Several acquisitions have been made over the years.  The social climate in removing single use plastics is still strong.  Yet how are we sitting at 24 cents or so, with seemingly all this momentum, especially in the year over year and quarter over quarter continuous and consistent increases in revenue and sales?
