Is there not a period where they cannot release news because of a PP announcement? Because of insider info laws are they even allowed to know results when that announcement was made?

Click on the insiders tab and you will see the CEO picked up 1,000,000 shares on the 5th under the PP. If he is sinking his own money into GEM, what does that tell people. I do not think he is doing that because he thinks he is going to lose it.

Agreed, this is a positive sign. Nice jump today. On release of assay results, especially if they prove what many beleive, we should have a ten bagger here.
