They sold 2.7M shares of the PHOS shares for 0.21-0.22 $ to PHOS management check SEDI

It seems all together it was over 3 million shares, as 400 + thousand was dumped on the public market. They still own 2.7 million or 5% of PHOS. They gained $700 + thousand from the sale. That should easily have paid for the Lithium properties and any initial exploration cost. Good deal, I like it.
